I don't bother with the breeders prefix for many reasons and they are all bad.....

On June 20/21 of 2000, the breeder of my dog and I are going to court over non-payment of a stud fee after he used my dog to sire a litter.  All except one of the puppies of this litter died along with most of the puppies from other litters on this puppy farm from Parvo Virus.  This has been admitted by the breeder to the other kennel owners in the street but only after I had found out.  But wait - there's more!  Not all of the puppies from Kash's mating died, in fact, one was removed from its mother at only 6 weeks of age.  I first saw this puppy in early January 1999, the same day that the RSPCA and my local vet saw and treated her.  She was 15 weeks old and weighed just 4 kilos.  After this court case I will put the photos of this poor dog on this page for the whole world to see.  The breeder has made a counter claim for $800 which is what he claims this dog in this state is worth.

This isn't the first time this breeder has agreed on the price of the stud fee, then, behind the stud owner's back has upped the price of the puppies....

AN UPDATE:  Well, the breeder lost the case and it has cost him a lot of money, but he is so predictable he waited until the time for an appeal ran out and then gave notice of intention to apply for an appeal out of time : hence no photo's at this stage of the puppy.  We even gave him a way out before the trial started which he refused... bad luck eh!!

Even though we saved this puppy's life from this arsehole this gave him grounds on a counter claim for conversion, but as the breeder stated, the puppy was worth nothing at that stage so his counter claim amounted to $212.80.

It is good knowing this low life will part with thousands - the court costs themselves were over $2,000 for the two day trial plus my solicitor, plus what I had spend getting this puppy farmer to court, and he is up for 75% of these costs.

The magistrate stated that he did not find this breeder's witnesses credible - no wonder after stating he had 22 witnesses and he had 4 and they were all family - surprise.

At least the Doberman Club have not had to put up with this idiot since, but you may want to know how the Great Dane Club is going since he joined that club.  Well, they were warned and chose to ignore the warning so who cares.

This breeder is still waiting to go to trial on two counts of Fraud with Intent so maybe you may want to think hard before buying a puppy from him and, although he has tried to deny it, he has been charged.

UPDATE 2: The low life breeder up & died on us. Several glad you're dead parties were held, not just in W.A. either. The best thing that ever happened for Dobermanns & Great Danes was the death of this prick.

There are other breeders out there just like this wanker so be careful.

I have noticed, well it's hard not to with Dobermanns, that if you are doing well with a dog that was not from a desired kennel i.e. "if that breeder did not breed" the dog you have, it's a piece of shit.
Skinny, flat chested, (long - thanks George what the fuck would you know) brown piece of shit are the many titles afforded to kash.

So along with some of the fucking useless, know it all Dobermann breeders in W.A. Kash has shoved it up the arse of some of the crooked cheating know fuck all about the rules judges & their friends who hide behind falsely made Stat Decs.
Thankfully these pricks are in the minority and I hope they all have fuckin heart attacks.

A very good friend bought a young bitch from Mary and is well on the way to becoming the 2nd Dual Champion Dobermann ever in W.A.

So, this page is devoted to the other love of my life, Kash and some of his canine friends.

Kash has been the Top Obedience Doberman in
WA for four years (1998, 1999, 2000, 2001).
